Privacy Policy
At Zelvort S.A.S. ("Zelvort", "the platform", "we") we are the controllers of the personal data received through the zelvort.com website and every associated digital channel. This policy describes what information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights that Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 recognises to you as the data subject.

2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) identification data that you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone, CUIL/CUIT, national ID and tax vouchers); (b) transactional data (amounts subscribed, participation history, movements and balances); (c) navigation data (IP address, approximate geolocation, technical device fingerprint, cookies) and (d) data derived from our regulatory obligations (source-of-funds affidavits and AML checks).
3. Processing purposes
Data is used to: manage your account and operations within the platform; verify your identity as required by the applicable UIF Resolution; comply with judicial, tax and regulatory requirements; send commercial communications regarding new investment opportunities (opt-in) and improve the site through statistical analysis and segmented campaigns.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your free and informed consent, the performance of the subscription agreement, the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to our industry and the legitimate interest of protecting the system's security.
5. Third parties with access
We share information with digital identity providers (biometrics), law firms and notaries, custodian banking entities, external auditors, antifraud platforms and public bodies whenever legally required. All processors are subject to confidentiality agreements and standards equivalent to ours.
6. International transfers
Some providers (analytics, hosting, communications) are located outside Argentina, in jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection or through standard contractual clauses approved by the Public Information Access Agency.
7. Retention periods
We retain your information for as long as an active operational relationship exists and, after termination, for the periods required by tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering regulations (minimum 10 years).
8. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection at any time by sending an email to privacidad@zelvort.com.ar with a copy of your ID. The Public Information Access Agency is the competent supervisory authority for queries and complaints.
9. Security measures
We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), two-factor authentication, environment segregation and annual penetration audits performed by independent third parties.
10. Amendments
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or technical changes. We will publish the new version on this page with its corresponding date and, when the change is substantial, we will notify you by email.
